Yes, we encourage you to bring your spouse or another guest that you feel would benefit from our seminar. Be sure to include your guest’s name when you complete the event registration form. You may also add a guest to your existing reservation by contacting our Event Hotline at 855-786-2053.
MASA seminars are completely FREE of charge to you and your guest. We invite you to enjoy our presentation and complimentary lunch. There is absolutely no cost or obligation to attend.
If you need to reschedule your seminar reservation, please call our Event Hotline as soon as possible and advise them of your request for change. We suggest that you reschedule for another seminar date on that call, as space for events fills up quickly. Call 855-786-2053.
If you cannot locate an event in your area, please contact our event reservation team for support at telephone 855-786-2053, or submit your details to be notified once an event becomes available in your area.
MASA seminars run on average between 60 to 90 minutes. Our events are fun, informative and engaging--with great food. You won’t want to miss it.
If you have already made reservations for an upcoming seminar, you should have received an email and/or text message confirming your reservation on the day the reservation was made. Please check your records for that communication. Alternatively, you can contact our event reservation team at 855-786-2053 to confirm via phone.
MASA stands for Medical Air Service Association. We provide financial protection for emergency ground and air transportation and much more. During the seminar, we will cover the details of our benefits and how a MASA plan could be beneficial to you.

Lunch selections will vary by event venue. You can order from our event menu and have several options to choose from.
The seminar is for adults only, so unfortunately children can’t attend. Guests should be at least 26 years old.
MASA offers emergency medical transport, which is covered by Medicaid, and state laws may prevent a Medicare recipient from enrolling in our plans. Due to limited seating at our events and your existing coverage, we are unable to proceed with your reservation.
